Stretching is one of those important factors that we seem to overlook frequently.  Better flexibility may improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries.  Stretching helps your joints move through their full rang of motion.  Also enabling your muscle to work at it's best.

Stretching also increases blood flow to the muscle. 

Psoas Major

The psoas major joins the upper body and the lower body, the axial to the appendicular skeleton, the inside to the outside, and the back to the front

Shoulder Abduction

Supraspinatus, deltoid, trapezius, and Serratus anterior

Muscles involved with extension of the shoulder: Latissimus dorsi, Teres major, Posterior deltoid, Pectoralis major
